The most important contribution to success in any Franchise is the people who have established and who will run the Franchise. The business systems, marketing materials and supplier arrangements are all very important, but for these to be successful requires the right people to be at the helm.
Simon & Donna have both spent their working lives successfully owning and operating their own businesses, and have a wide experience of the health and wellbeing industry from manufacture and wholesale to sales and marketing.

Simon has a practical, detailed and logical way of
thinking which is well suited to developing effective and
efficient business systems. He also has the ability to
associate with and relate to people from all walks of life
through his understanding and caring nature.
After completing three University degrees in the field of biological sciences, Simon went into partnership to form Waihi Bush Ltd. He spent six years managing the production, staffing and financial aspects of producing and wholesaling certified organic Flax Seed Oil into Health Retailers and Alternative Health Practitioners.
Success came from Simon's commitment to, and passion for, the health and wellbeing industry, and his strong desire to help others.
Through the use of conversational marketing the company transitioned from an owner operator partnership (with just the two partners) to a dominant force in the market with the most respected brand of Flax Seed Oil at the time.
As a result of this experience Simon has a detailed knowledge of the challenges which face small NZ companies producing Natural Products and a clear understanding of what is expected when dealing with Wholesale Distributors and Health Retailers.
To further his business career and take on new challenges, Simon sold his partnership and moved to Christchurch in 1999, where he joined Donna in purchasing and managing an organic farm on which they grew specialist organic crops. Simon began working with Donna to further develop the direct sales business Donna had been building since 1992. Simon's drive and communication skills significantly enhanced the success of the business.
In 2001 Simon and Donna married and they started a family, one of the most challenging projects they have ever taken on! Alicia is in her fourth year at school, and Danielle has just started school - two beautiful, bright and challenging girls, who remind their parents on a daily basis what the important things in life really are!
Simon has fourteen years of business experience, and is extremely knowledgable in all aspects of the health and wellbeing industry, in particular the field of nutrition. His ability to listen and absorb information, combined with his lateral thinking skills contribute to a detailed understanding of how to create and grow a successful business which he will be delighted to share with you.

Donna is a positive, organised and highly motivated
woman in all areas of her life. She has been a
successful business owner and manager in the Health
and Beauty industry from the age of 20. After
completing her trade qualifications Donna set up and
established two hair salons, including employing,
training and managing staff. Donna built both salons to
a level at which they were able to operate without her
constant input, which was extremely rewarding.
In 1992, while continuing to run a salon, Donna began working with an American direct sales company, marketing an exclusive range of personal care products, which was soon expanded to include a high quality range of natural health and nutritional products.
Donna attained a high level with the company, taking a leadership role with recruiting and training executive teams, event planning and organising functions.
Donna's success is due largely to her ability to communicate with people from all walks of life, and to present relevant information in an effective way through her exceptional ability to understand people, together with her warm and caring nature and a desire to help others. Many say that Donna has earned an honorary degree in psychology!
Donna is a passionate and energetic, professional with a high level of personal presentation and an entrepreneurial spirit. She has over 25 years of experience in the Health and Beauty Industry to share with you, in particular a good understanding of what it takes to operate a successful business in this industry.
